Ohh Friday Night Will Be Interesting

Doempke told me to go on Hotwire to book our hotel for Fri night in Vegas.  We decided to stay at Planet Hollywood for fun since neither of us have ever stayed there, then we booked the Wynn for Saturday because we got an awesome rate.  On Hotwire, you can't see what you're actually booking, but Doempke swears that he has a system and he can figure out exactly what hotel you'll end up with.  He said that he found the Planet Hollywood rate for $10 cheaper on Hotwire and I should book through there.  Below is proof that Doempke made me book TI instead of Planet Hollywood...

me: is it the 4 star central strip?
Geoff: ya
me: shit
Geoff: um. . .
me: I'm blaming you for this one
Geoff: I'll take it
me: I just forwarded the confirmation to you
Geoff: fuck
me: yeah
me: YOUR FAULT
Geoff: on a postitive note, it's across the street from the Wynn
me: and it has a pirate show...
Geoff: when did that become 4 star? wtf?
me: are we seriously staying at TI?
Geoff: yep
me: great start to the trip, did we really just pay 200 bucks to stay at TI?
Geoff: I still don't buy that it's fuckin 4 stars.  Jesus, Christian Audigier, here we come!
me: o.m.g. I still can't believe you booked us at TI
Geoff: We're talking in pirate voices all night
me: eye patches
Geoff: ohh my plan worked perfectly
me: you just wanted to go to Christian Audigier and didn't want to admit it
Geoff: duhhh
me: YOU FAIL!
Geoff: no I think I'm the best, yeah - I blame you, but I'll forgive you if we get to watch the pirate show

And that, my friends, is why we're staying at TI Friday night.  Thanks Doempke.

 

EDIT: Geoff's comment after reading this... "although, i do partially accept blame, i do still contend that it changed since yesterday, when i looked yesterday, it was the planet hollywood"
